Next Level Home Performance was founded in 1999 in Elk Grove, California as Elk Grove Remodeling & Construction. Founder Michael C. Newsom assembled a dedicated in-house team that now serves homeowners across Sacramento County, El Dorado County, and Placer County with the signature Next Level design-build experience.
Michael has more than 35 years of design/build expertise across custom homes, additions, ADUs, and performance upgrades. His credentials include seven CSLB licenses and Building Performance Institute certifications that guide each project in communities like Roseville, Rancho Cordova, Folsom, El Dorado Hills, Cameron Park, and Placerville.
